Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman envisioned about Saudi Arabia beyond oil, a city with no cars, no roads or carbon emissions.

This $500 billion project namely ‘Neom’ comprised of 170 kilometres long (106 mile long) development called ‘The Line’ as informed by the Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman in a televised address on Sunday.

A news release gave a description on ‘The Line’ calls it “walkable belt of hyper-connected future communities, without cars and roads and built around nature.” Additionally, the city would have 1 million residents which could create 380,000 jobs on 2030. The whole infrastructure would cost $100 billion to $200 billion as per information given by the Crown Prince.
This project was originally announced in 2017 which spans more than 10,000 square miles in a remote area of country’s North West. This city will be the hub of businesses and technology.
