Pulwama Attack Update : NIA to file a charge sheet in IED blast

National Investigation Agency (NIA) is going to file a charge sheet in the Pulwama attack case. On February 14, 40 CRPF personnel were killed in an IED blast last year in an NIA court in Jammu on Tuesday.

The NIA informed in July that consecutively they arrested the seventh accused namely Bilal Ahmed Kuchey. The agency has termed as “a terror associate” on July 5.

According to the agency’s secret information, Kuchey who is a resident of Hajibal, Kakapora in Jammu and Kashmir used to run a sawmill at his place. He used to the harbor and extend logistic support to the Jaish-e- Mohammad (JeM) terrorists involved in the Pulwama attack Pulwama and continues to do that.

The main perpetrators in the case remained in the house as Kuchey further introduced them to other over ground workers (OGWs). They are provided with safe houses during their stay and planning of the attack.

He also provided the equipment to JeM terrorists with high technology mobile phones which were used to communicate with the Pakistan-based JeM leadership.

As per Agency, they are provided these things to be able to access final touches to their planning and for the execution of the attack.

Further, one of the mobiles provided by him was also used for recording the video clip of a terrorist Adil Ahmed Dar, which became viral after the attack.
