Sushant Singh Rajput case: Rhea Chakraborty to face ED again today

Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty will confront the Enforcement Directorate again on Monday in a money laundering case connected to actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. This comes after the ED barbecued her sibling Show for about 18 hours on Saturday. According to reports, Showik’s questioning went on till around 6:30 am on Sunday morning.

Rhea Chakraborty’s past questioning with the ED continued for almost eight hours. On Monday, Rhea, alongside her dad Indrajit Chakraborty, will be addressed by the ED authorities. The ED had addressed Rhea once on Saturday following which she was gotten back to on Monday.

Chakraborty has filed a request in the Supreme Court demanding the CBI inquiry to be halted. A hearing has been set for August 11 in the Supreme Court for the situation.

As per sources in the investigating office, the authorities have hold of electronic proof regarding the case and are additionally exploring telephone records of discussions between Rhea, her dad, and sibling.

The CBI has additionally gathered records related to the actor’s demise from Bihar Police. The ED has additionally asked the late actor’s associate, Siddharth Pithani, to show up before the office on August 8.

After the actor’s dad, KK Singh, filed an FIR against Rhea in Bihar on July 28, the office enlisted an Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) for the situation on July 31. The office has enlisted a body of evidence against six blamed, including Rhea, regarding Rajput’s demise who was discovered dead at his Mumbai habitation on June 14.
