  1. Khaali Peeli on ZEEPlex

Khaali Peeli starring Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter is a typical Bollywood entertainer. Directed by Maqbool Khan and written by Yash Keswani and Sima Aggarwal.

The movie revolves around a young boy and a girl who are on the running and  being chased by the police and a local goon. This chasing promises humour, action and romance.

2. Serious Men on Netflix

This movie is an adaptation of Manu Joseph’s 2010 novel of the same name, Serious Men. It stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead role.

It narrates story of Ayyan Mani, an ambitious Dalit man from Tamil Nadu whose dreams of lifting himself out of poverty. This cause him to run a risky scam involving his young son. Scrippted by Bhavesh Mandalia.

3. Ginny weds Sunny on Netflix

The film stars Vikrant Massey and Yami Gautam in the lead role, directed by Puneet Khanna. Its a romantic comedy, both Ginny and Sunny are looking for a suitable match for marriage. But Ginny turns down the offer to marry Sunny.

This is when Sunny swears to make her marry him. The trailer shows  comedy and some colourful dance and song sequences.

4. Nishabdham on Amazon Prime Video

The movie directed by Hemanth Madhukar Nishabdham. It is a suspense thriller that narrates the story of a deaf-mute artist Sakshi, her celebrity-musician husband and the strange disappearance of her best friend.

The film starrer Anushka Shetty, R Madhavan and Anjali in the lead roles.


5. The Lie on Amazon Prime Video

It is written and directed by Veena Sud. It stars Mireille Enos, Peter Sarsgaard and Joey King. It is about a kid who confesses to killing her best friend on an impulse.

Parents try their best to protect her and this leads them to cover lies with yet more lies.But Kayla appears to be a psychopath who is pretty happy despite her horrific crime.

6. Mirzapur 2 on Amazon Prime Video

Everyone is waiting for second season of Amazon Prime Video original web series Mirzapur eill be releasing on October 23.

The story will resume from where it was last time. The crime thriller revolves around corruption, crime, governance failure, rule of mafia dons and gang wars in the Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh.

7. Rebecca on Netflix

It is the story of a newlywed woman who is haunted by the shadow of her husband’s dead wife Rebecca. The movie is directed by Ben Wheatley, Rebecca is a modern adaptation of Daphne du Maurier’s 1938 gothic novel of the same name.

8. Bebaakee on ALT Balaji

Already Bebaakee was streaming on ALT Balaji, now the remaining ten episodes  will stream on AltBalaji and ZEE5 from October 12.

The web series revolves around Kainaat Sahni is a simple and happy-go-lucky girl and Sufiyaan hails from a rich family. Their profession leads them to each other, and it gets difficult for them to figure out if they love or hate each other.


9. Ek Jhoothi Love Story on Zee5

ZEE5 is all set to present another Zindagi original titled ‘Ek Jhoothi Love Story’. It is a family drama that explores the life of Salma and Sohail who are in search of finding an ideal partner.

It is wriiten by Umera Ahmed, who wrote the popular show Zindagi Gulzar Hai. Talking about the show, Jabbar said, “Ek Jhoothi Love Story is a beautiful narration of an imperfect family chasing perfections in this imperfect world. Written by Umera Ahmed, we hope the series takes viewers on a delightful journey making them reflect and introspect along the way. It’s a story that explores the bittersweet relationship that exists between family members which will be highly relatable to our viewers.”


10. Comedy Couple on ZEE5

In Comedy Couple, we will be seeing  a couple who are stand up comedians by profession. They take inspiration from their personal life and their own relationship for their acts.

But their on-stage jokes start to affect their off-stage life and they start facing troubles in their relationship.
