Recently, 11 pages from Sushant’s personal diary came into the light that revealed the actor’s elaborate plans for this year, including his goals & strategies to make a Hollywood debut, all the contributions he wanted to make, be it through cinema, education or environment. He also wrote about his vision of building a team of young minds who would take forward his Hollywood dream, with his sister in charge of this project. Sushant’s dairy has raised even more suspicion to the claim that he took his own life by committing suicide.

Sushant’s family members, his former staff and close friends have expressed their concerns regarding these claims through social media, questioning that how can someone who had so much planned out for his future, take his own life. In a 9 page letter released recently, the family has alleged that the actor was murdered. The actor’s family & friends are suspecting foul play & are pretty much convinced that Rhea Chakraborty is the prime suspect. With ED filing a money laundering case & CBI looking into the case on allegations of theft, blackmailing, exploiting, and harassment, the family has now found new hope. CBI has also filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, her father Indrajit Chakraborty, mother Sandhya Chakraborty, brother Showik Chakraborty and her business manager Shruti Modi, on the basis of Sushant’s father’s FIR filed against Rhea in Bihar on July 25th.

Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty said that transferring the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death to the CBI at the request of Bihar police is whole without jurisdiction. “The petitioner (Rhea Chakraborty) has no objection if the transfer of investigation to CBI is done in exercise of powers conferred upon this court (Supreme Court) under Article 142 of the Constitution of India. Otherwise, the present transfer from Bihar Police to CBI as is done is totally without jurisdiction and contrary to law,” she said in her submissions. The family, on the other hand, is relieved by the recent progress in the case & expects that the CBI will conduct an unbiased investigation & jurisdiction, and finally serve the Rajput family some justice.
