‘Will kill CM Yogi in 3 days ….’: UP CM receives death threat on UP police’s WhatsApp helpline  

A case was filed against a man after a WhatsApp message threatening to assassinate Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was received on the state police’s text helpline, officials said on Tuesday.

According to the police, the message was purportedly sent on the Dial-112 helpline’s WhatsApp account by a person named Shahid.

According to the police, he threatened to bomb the chief minister.

The message, which was received on August 2 on the police control room’s helpline WhatsApp, threatened to bomb the chief minister within 3 days.

Subhash Kumar, the station commander for the central office, filed an FIR on Monday at the Sushant Golf City police station in this city.

Cyber cell and surveillance teams are also working on it, he added.
